PROBLEM: SOLUT ION:
Rear suspension
pivot bushing failure
GM crossover and minivan rear aluminum suspensions use
a “cross-axis” pivot bushing which is pressed into the upper
axle/hub carrier (or knuckle). This pivot bushing takes the
place of an upper ball joint. The OE part may experience
early failure, creating rear alignment change which can lead
to excessive tire wear. In addition, this part is not available
separately from the dealer. If the bushing is worn or failed,
the entire axle/hub carrier must be replaced.

K200175 Pivot Bushings
The MOOG K200174 and MOOG K200175 pivot
bushings correct the looseness and restore alignment
integrity. The lower pivot bushing K200175 is a companion
part suggested to be changed when the upper pivot bushing
is replaced. Since these parts are available separately, the OE
axle/hub carrier (knuckle) can be retained.
